About VRS


Established in 2001, VRS - Vacation Recreational Services (Pty) Ltd - has, through its commitment to excellence and the delivery of outstanding services, gone from strength to strength and is now a market leader in a challenging and extremely competitive industry. A member of the Univision Group of companies, VRS is the management company for the Group. Our ever-expanding portfolio includes the contracted Managing Agent function to more than 20 holiday resorts in South Africa, as well as in Kenya, Botswana and Mozambique. This role involves full on and off-site management and the vital task of ensuring that the resorts achieve the highest possible standards and reflect maximum occupancy, with the resultant benefits to the stakeholders and communities in which these resorts are located. VRS is also the contracted Managing Agent for various vacation ownership clubs in South Africa and Africa.

VRS Departments

Club Admin
Function –
The Management and Administration of the business processes related to contracts and receipting for all Clubs and Share blocks.

Member Services

Function –
To provide an efficient after sales service and enhance the membership experience of all our members.

Property Administration

Function –
All Administrative functions related to share block administration - levies, transfers, AGM's and RCI.

Office Services

Function –
Internal functions including company archives, switchboard, head office housekeeping and courier services.

Corporate Governance

Function –
The establishment and maintenance of the applicable processes, customs, policies, laws and institutions affecting direction, administration and control of the various entities within the VRS management portfolio.

Finance

Function –
This department comprises  accountants, administrators and bookkeepers who are responsible for ensuring that all financial aspects of the company are in good order.

Strategic Onsite Resort Management
Function –
This portfolio ensures a direct, dynamic link between VRS head office and the onsite resort teams to effect optimum resort management and onsite performance.

VRS IT

Function –
The installation, management and maintenance of all computer-based information systems for the company, particularly software applications and computer related hardware.
